• how are volcanic stones formed. 
• What shape and sizes are around waterfalls or mountains.
• on what stones or surfaces grow that particular type of tree
• on the trees what does the roots look like
• what leaf shapes are on the tree
• what does the bark on the tree look like
• is there grass near the water
• below the water fall is there mist or is there clouds this determines the height of the waterfall
• on top of stones are there algae grown on the most shaded side or the surface that has most sun
• when painting how much white space is required to give form movement not the other way round
• at what angle does the waterfall create a line of water
• How dark in pushes forward and light ink is pushed back
