Modern vs Tradtional

I always wondered how fans would look if i choose to use not traditional materials such as plastic. It actually turned out really well since there is a sense of modernity to the hilt of the fan. But to balance this out i had to get some tassels at the end of it. I think beyond painting fish there are a lot more subjects to try out and explore. 

Landscape takes longer to produce, but the effects of composition really gives life to the fan. 

Flowers works really nice if you have are pink or purple kimono to go with it. As flavor to the dress i guess.

As for fish i think have discus and coral as a new non traditional subject is going to be my next mission.
