I had no idea what this round card was for until my mother told me.Who would of guessed this was for the base of a cake. The gold leaves on top make the fish glow like the moon reflecting on water. I call this piece 'moon cake' by irony. Since I thought of two things coming together, the moon festival and the moon cake is a Chinese symbol to uniting families and friends.
